Gluten Free Bread Dessert

Materials :

  • 1 pack of MADER Gluten Free bread,
  •  eggs
  • A small amount of milk
  • 125 g margarine

Preparation of

Boil 250 g of sugar, 250 g of water and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice until slightly thickened. After soaking the slices of bread with a little milk, dip them in the beaten egg. Then let's fry it in oil and throw it in the cooled sherbet. Let's wait for it to absorb the syrup. Garnish with crushed peanuts, hazelnuts or walnuts, if desired.
