Gluten Free Bread Pudding

Materials:

  • 6 slices of Mader Daily Bread
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¾ cup of white sugar
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 4 eggs (scrambled) (or four teaspoons Mader® Low Protein Egg Substitute)
  • ½ cup raisins (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter,

Preparation of

Preheat the oven to 175°C.

Take eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla in a mixing bowl, mix well. Pour until the bread is covered. Press lightly with a fork so that the bread absorbs the mixture. Cut the bread into small pieces on the baking sheet. Melt butter or margarine on bread. Sprinkle with raisins if desired. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. enjoy your meal
