Gluten Free Bulgur Salad

Materials:


  • 2 cups Mader® Gluten-Free Corn Bulgur,
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil,
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste,
  • 1 small onion,
  • 1 Tomato,
  • 3 cloves of garlic,
  • 1 red paprika,
  • 2 Teaspoons of isot or red pepper flakes,
  • 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper,
  • half a teaspoon of coriander,
  • half a lemon,
  • a sprig of fresh mint,
  • two spoons of canned corn (make sure to look for gluten-free statement on your products)


Preparation:

Boil a glass of water on the stove. Pour it over the bulgur and let it absorb the water. Chop the onions, garlic and peppers into small pieces, sauté in olive oil until the onions are translucent, add the tomato paste and fry for a while, add the isot at the end. Pour the mixture over the bulgur, add the lemon, finely chopped mint, finely chopped coriander and salt, then mix, when it cools, garnish with tomato slices and serve. Enjoy your meal.
