Gluten Free Muffins

Materials:

180 g MADER all-purpose gluten-free flour

180 g sugar

2 eggs

200 g sour cream

50 g of sunflower oil

1 packet of baking powder

1 packet of vanilla sugar

200 g fruit (blueberries, raspberries or other berries)


Preparation of:

Mix eggs, sugar and vanilla until frothy. Add the cream and oil. Sift the flour into the mixture, add the baking powder and mix well. Finally, add the fruits. Pour the cake mix into paper cake or muffin molds placed on a tray (fill the molds halfway). Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes. Tip: you can also use chocolate chips instead of fruit.
