Materials :

  • 1 kg of MADER Gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 500 g of vegetable oil
  • 200 g of water
  • 100 g oil
  • 50 g granulated sugar
  • 50 g fresh yeast
  • 3 eggs
  • 25 g of salt

Preparation of

50 g dough is prepared and placed on the tray. Bake in a convection oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
