Materials :

  • 125 g milk
  • 20 g MADER baking powder

Preparation of

First, sugar, egg and vegetable oil are whisked until creamy, then milk is added. If dried fruit is to be used, it is added last and mixed in a very short time at slow speed. If you want, you can use raisins, chocolate chips, chestnuts, etc. can also be used.
