Gluten Free Roll

Materials:

  • 200 g of MADER all-purpose gluten-free flour,
  • 200 g of sugar,
  • 6 eggs,
  • Grated lemon peel,
  • Vanilla with sugar, if preferred
  • 1 packet of baking powder

Preparation of:

Ingredients: Fruits and cream of your choice. Beat eggs and sugar until creamy. Gently mix the sifted flour and add the baking powder. Mix it well. Spread evenly on the baking tray covered with greaseproof paper, bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle sugar on top. Cover it with cling film and let it cool. Spread the cream and fruit on it and roll it up. Tip: You can make a large sponge cake by putting the dough in a springform cake mold and baking it at 180 degrees for 45 minutes and decorate it according to your taste.
