Put the flour in a bowl and add sugar, lemon zest, egg, margarine and vanilla in the middle. Mix well, form a ball and refrigerate for half an hour. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin between two layers of baking paper to a thickness of 5 mm. Cut the way you want. Place the biscuits on the baking tray with enough space between them. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until slightly discolored. Tip: This recipe can also be used for cake bases.
