• Gluten free Spinach Noodle

Ingredients:

Mader® Gluten-free flour, spinach (38%), salt, water.

Preparation:

Melt some butter in a pot, add 125g Mader® Gluten-free Spinach Noddles and fry for 3 minutes. Cover with 0,5 inches of water and add some salt. When it starts to boil, reduce the heat and and continue cooking till it absorbes all the water. Finally wait for it to brew. cook off the water. Optionally, add yoghurt, minced meat or grated cheese on top of it.
