In the menu, the products are divided categorically. The top menu will be displayed on each page. When our customer clicks on a category, subcategories of that main category are displayed. Clicking on the sub-categories leads to the page showing all the products in that sub-category. When the product is selected, the product image, name, price will be seen and it will be possible to add the product directly to the shopping cart.

 The product page is divided into the following sections. Product image: The product image can be viewed below the header on the left, with alternative views of the product underneath. A more detailed view can be obtained by clicking on the main image. Product details: Product code, stock status, picture and price are displayed. Cart: Our customer can select the products and add, remove or compare the product to their cart (wish list). Rating / Sharing: You can rate the product under the cart and / or share the product on different social media websites. Description tab: A field that contains a detailed description of the product. Comment tab: This is the area where our customer can write a comment about the product. 

 Category product listings allow customers to browse products similar to other products in the same category. The category page can be accessed in several ways. It can be accessed from the top menu when our customer clicks on one of the top categories. Also, the product listing page can be accessed by clicking a category in the category block. Products can be displayed in a list or table according to our Customer's preference: The number of products displayed in the product list can be changed from 15 to 100 in the "Show" section. In this section, there are product picture, description, price and "Add to Cart" and "Add to Wish List" options. Another option for the product is the "Compare product" option. 

The icon to the right of the heart symbol above the Product Name in the Product section activates the "Add to Compare List" function. When this link is clicked, the warning with the link "product added to the comparison basket" appears above. Clicking on this link will take you to the comparison page. This function allows our Customer to compare different features and price of a range of products that he may be interested in. The customer is given the option to add one of the compared products to their shopping cart if they wish. Pressing the "Continue" button will bring the user back to the main page.

When our customer adds a product to the cart, they can access the shopping cart under the heading "Shopping Cart". The shopping cart provides an overview of the selected product, including the categories "Image", "Product Name", "Model", "Quantity", "Unit Price" and "Total". Our customer has the option of adding a coupon code or gift certificate or estimating shipping and taxes before going to the checkout. The "Continue Shopping" button links back to the main page. Gift vouchers, points, and discount codes can be used on the shopping cart page. Before completing your shopping, visit your shopping cart and use these if you have them.

There are several ways for our client to open an account: Step 1 of the checkout process allows the user to open an account before proceeding with the payment. Selecting "Register Account" will move from Billing to Account and Billing details in Step 2 of checkout. Account and Billing asks for the same personal details as Billing, except it prompts the user to create a password for their account. After Step 2 is completed, our Customer can proceed with the payment process. Clicking "My Account" at the top of the main page will show the options to Login or create an account and give the customer the option to log in if they already have an account or create a new one. Our customers can shop without being a member of our site, but in this case, our store's services such as earning points, informing, order tracking cannot be used.

After a product has been added to the cart, our Customer can proceed with the payment process to make the product purchase. Stages.

Step 1: Introduction to the system

Our customer can log in to his account, register or choose "guest shopping".

Step 2: Billing details are newly registered to the system or if guests are exchanged

Personal information such as "Name", "Surname", "Email" and "Phone" is filled into a form. In addition, our customer's address details are requested. Our customers who have already subscribed to the site will have this information ready, they will not be asked again.

Step 3: Delivery details

In Invoice Details, the user can check a box to indicate that the delivery details and invoice details are the same. This is step by step to Shipping Method. If the delivery details differ from the invoice details, our Customer can enter this information in this section.

Step 4: Shipping method

Here a shipping method is selected. Currently, only one shipping method is offered. There is a comment box for our customer to add comments about their order.

Step 5: Payment method

Our customer chooses the payment method here and can add comments in the comment box. Three types of payment methods are offered: bank transfer/eft and credit card payment.

Step 6: Confirming the order

In this last step, our Customer will see a summary of his order; including item description, quantity, price (with tax and shipping). In addition, information such as points and discounts are also displayed in this section.

If the payment method is credit card, if eft/bank transfer is selected by entering credit card information, the order is completed without entering any information. Details on paying by credit card

Our customers have the option to purchase gift certificates for their friends and family. They can purchase gift certificates via Extras > Gift Coupon in the footer of any page. The information added to the fields above and the gift certificate follow the same product purchase process. After the order is confirmed by our company, the sender's message and the gift voucher code will be sent to the recipient's email. After shopping in our virtual store, the buyer enters his code in the "redeem gift certificate" section on the shopping cart page. After entering the code, the amount equal to the gift voucher will be deducted from the total amount.
