• Low Protein Spinach Pasta


Mader® Low Protein Flour Mix, spinach(%38), water, salt.


Melt some butter in a pot, add 125g Mader® Low Protein Spinach Noddles and fry for 3 minutes. Cover with 0,5 inches of water and add some salt. When it starts to boil, reduce the heat and continue cooking till it absorbes all the water. Finally wait for it to brew. Optioanlly, Add yoghurt, minced meat or grated cheese on top of it.
