• Gluten free Vanilla Cake Flour


Mader® Gluten-Free Flour Mix , vanilla sugar. Preparation:


3 eggs, 1,5 tea glass of granulated sugar, 1.5 tea glass of oil, 1,5 tea glass of milk, 1⁄2 package of Mader® baking powder, (1 package vanilla can be added.) Whip the sugar and eggs in a deep bowl, then add the other liquids and whip with a mixer for 3 minutes. Add Mader® gluten-free cake flour and vanilla and whip thoroughly. The dough consistency must be fluid. Pour the prepared cake mixture into the cake mold. Bake in the oven heated to 170 degrees.
