Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

Materials:

  • Enough (approximately 3 cups) MADER all-purpose gluten-free flour,
  • 100 g of sugar,
  • 1 egg,
  • 1 egg yolk,
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder,
  • ¼ teaspoon of vanilla essence,
  • 2-3 tablespoons of chocolate chips,
  • melted chocolate to decorate

Preparation:

Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar and vanilla essence. Finely chop the cold butter and add it to the mixture along with the egg and egg yolk. Beat the mixture with a food processor until it forms a dough, then gradually add the chocolate chips to the dough. Make 3 rolls with a diameter of 3 cm and rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Slice the rolls into thin slices and place them on the baking tray. Drizzle some milk over the cookies and bake in the preheated oven until they turn golden brown.
